4 Ridiculously Easy Ways to Land More Clients with AI

4 Ridiculously Easy Ways to Land More Clients with AI

Everybody’s talking about AI these days. From ChatGPT to Google’s Bard to Jasper, artificial intelligence is having a moment.

While not everybody is stoked about the technology, I truly believe that AI is just a tool–and like all tools, it’s ‘effectiveness’ depends on how you use it!

That’s why today I’ve decided to dive into the multitude of ways you can use tools like ChatGPT to help you land more clients and customers. (And side note: There are also lots of other AI tools I’m not covering below but tend to work well for big-name businesses, from predictive analytic and sales forecasting to lead generation [read: usually cold calling] to recommendation engines.)

Here are my top 4 ways to implement this fascinating new technology to quickly grow your client base:

1) Use Chatbots for Customer Service

You’re probably already familiar with chatbots, and technically, they’re an AI-tool. These AI-powered tools can help you quickly (like, instantly) communicate with potential clients or customers 24/7. You can use a service like ManyChat to respond to messages on your Facebook business page, for example. From answering frequently asked questions to providing product recommendations to processing orders (or directing leads to your calendar link or intake form), they can do a lot. And as a result? You get more time back to focus on other aspects of your business (and/or life).

2) Conduct Research

We often need to research things as business owners–whether that’s complex blog post topics or the best app to purchase to send out invoices. Need to know whether Shopify or Etsy is a better fit for your digital products, for example? Or maybe want a few YouTube video ideas that are working well in your niche right now? ChatGPT and similar programs can provide you with an answer in an instant. (Although–side note–you’ll definitely still want to fact check!)

3) Do Market Research

In that same vein, AI-powered tools are also great for market research. Whether you’re trying to craft a new sales page or test out a new offer, AI can help. For example, you can ask ChatGPT a question like, “What are the top 3-5 problems [target audience] struggles with when it comes to [topic]?” and get a quick, easy-to-understand list. You can ask a similar question about what they desire. Of course, you always want to make sure that the results actually make sense for you and your business. So I recommend that you think of AI as an idea generation tool more than anything else.

4) Speed Up Your Content Creation

I don’t recommend using these tools to write your actual content for you (because you don’t want to be putting out plagiarized content), but they are great for coming up with ideas and outlines that you can use as a starting point for your content.

Including:

  • Brainstorming blog post ideas targeted to your specific audience
  • Getting ideas for email subject lines & blog post titles
  • Generating a list of points you can cover in your post or video (and then you would write or record your own unique content based on those points)

And so much more! (Just take a look at Jasper to see what I mean.)

If it has to do with content or marketing, AI can give you a helping hand.

At the end of the day, AI isn’t “good” or bad.” It’s all about how you use it. And I believe that AI can be a great timesaving, productivity-boosting tool that can also help you generate content ideas and provide customer service. So why not try it out and see for yourself?
