If you didn’t see my previous emails about the system update (or if you unsubscribed from emails at some point), here’s what you need to know:
I’ve officially moved to a new platform for product delivery and sales, which means the old dashboard you used to access your content is now closed.
Why the Change?
After 10 years of running product delivery on my own server, it just wasn’t practical anymore.
⚡ If the website went down, so did your access.
⚡ Tech issues and site outages were becoming way too frequent.
⚡ It was time for a better, more reliable system that makes things easier for everyone.
For 2 months prior to transitioning to the new system, we sent multiple email reminders to ensure all customers could download their previous purchases.
We also added in a grace period after the official end date, where we continued to pay for access to the old system in order to keep it open for two more months to support anyone who did not receive our reminder emails (for instance those who unsubscribed and didn’t receive the notices).
At this point, however, we no longer have access to the old system—so we’re unable to retrieve or resend any past purchases that weren’t downloaded before the transition.
