I review and approve all applications personally, and when you’re accepted, you’ll receive an email with your username and password to login to your Affiliate Account to get access to your unique affiliate ID, stats, and reports on your commissions.
If you don’t find the email from us within a few days, please check your spam folder. The email will come from support@melissaingold.zendesk.com. If you still don’t see an email from us, then submit a support ticket at http://melissaingold.zendesk.com or call 888-966-9115 and leave us a voicemail message.
We typically respond to tickets within one business day (we do take weekends and holidays off). Sometimes response may take 2-3 days. We promise to always respond as promptly and as thoroughly as possible.

Here are a Few Guidelines about My Program Program:
- I pay my loyal affiliates every Thursday via Paypal for all commissions earned – regardless of the amount. If you’re new, there may be a temporary hold on your first payment until we can verify that sales are legit. (The only exception is the “stinker clause”. If there is anything suspicious we may hold your payment for up to 45 days. This is extremely rare and has only been done in extreme cases).
- Please keep in mind that I only allow affiliates who use ethical marketing practices (no spamming or offensive content).
- To earn commissions by referring others to my site, you must include your affiliate link in the promo material that you use, otherwise my system will not know any resulting sales should be credited to you.
- We do not pay commissions on self-purchases, so please do not use your own affiliate link to buy products, courses, or programs. All self-purchases will be voided.
