Tools I Use

Please Note: In the spirit of full disclosure some of these tools may be my affiliate link, which means I may receive compensation from some of the entities listed here for referrals, as their “thank you” for sending you their way. However, I never recommend any service or product solely for the reason of receiving commissions (and neither should you).

Shopping Carts + Autoresponders

Organize + Automate + Grow with Infusionsoft – This is the shopping cart / list management service I now use to run  my business, and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s an incredibly powerful system for selling online, closing sales, and following up with clients.

Popup List Building Tool for WordPress – I use this tool to create the popups on my blog. It grew my list by hundreds super fast.

Biz Email Management with Aweber– I’ve used aweber in the past for email marketing and it’s awesome. The only reason I don’t use it now is because I’m already using Infusionsoft which is powerful all-inclusive system – but aweber is my go-to choice for just a stand-alone autoresponder service for email list management.

Automated Website Backups + Hosting

AutoSiteSaver for Website Backups – My tech team offers a service for backing up your websites and of course I was first in online when she offered the service. She backs up all of my websites for me so I don’t even have to think about. Smart entrepreneurs make sure their valuable real-estate is backed up and restorable if something were to happen.

Liquid Web – I moved some of my major websites, including this one, over to a managed VPS service at Liquid Web and they have made me soooo happy! They are keeping an eye on things (since I pay $10 extra per month), so if something happens, they get to work on it without me having to notice and track them down to fix it. For instance, we didn’t have enough memory running on the site, so it went down – but I had no idea until I checked my email the next morning and they had a sent a note saying they saw the problem and fixed it, and it was all good. Now that’s service baby!

Project Management with Basecamp – This is the project management system I’ve been using for years, and it has boosted our entire team’s productivity. You can take it for a test-drive with their 60-day free trial.

Client Care with – This is the platform that my customer service team uses to manage customer support.

Run Your Coaching Programs with Jigsawbox– In short — JigsawBox does 3 things to help you grow your coaching business:

1) Turn your expertise into online coaching programs — so you can make money while you sleep… and stop trading coaching “hours-for-dollars”, which lets you get new coaching clients, help more people and change lives…. even when you’re not there.

2) Help your clients get results faster, more effectively — by organizing your coaching conversations with them in one central place, clients can quickly see their past sessions, current goals and challenges to focus on. Plus, you’ll discover the power of “written coaching” in a whole new way!

3) Take care of the “techie” stuff so you can focus on what you do best — coaches make money coaching, not dealing with software. You can forget all about it. Let them take care of that for you.
