Client Login + Product Support

If you’ve signed up for one of my products (paid or free) and did not receive your login or download details, chances are the email was filtered. You may want to check your spam or trash folder, and in Gmail, check your promotions tab.

Please follow the steps below to get assistance.

1) Add melissa@timefreedombusiness.com to your whitelist in your email account. This will ensure our reply as well as future emails do not get filtered.

2) If you remember the email you used when ordering your product, you can click here to reset your password.

If you do not know which email is associated with your account, or you don’t receive the password reset email within a reasonable time frame, please submit a support ticket letting us know the name of the product you ordered and your paypal address so we can find the order and assist you.
